Chewing is one of the important elements of mindful eating. Chewing your food has a significant impact on your body, health, and your relationship with food. However, in the modern-day and busy lifestyle, we forget to focus on this mindful habit while eating. Some might not even consider this an important part of their eating habit. So here are some reasons you should start chewing the right way:
